How To Wear The Two Piece

Vintage Two Piece
I know 5 couples that are getting married this year! So I have been thinking about weddings and what should be worn. I love the vintage tradition of the bride getting changed out of her wedding dress, after the reception, into a cute two piece suit or what they are now being referred to as Co-Ed. This trend is still going strong this season and I think is a timeless, beautiful wedding outfit.
If you’re getting married this year and fancy a change of outfit to go to the airport in, and who wouldn’t, then I would suggest a two piece like below. It has a beautiful pastel pink colour and sultry low cut neckline on the jacket which would look AMAZING with a lacy black slip underneath- showing a little not a lot.

If you’re not getting hitched then go for a billowy trouser suit in monochrome colours such as white or black, wear with square heels and red accessories and or coat in spring if the weather is still cold. Make sure that you balance your silhouette out by going for a fitted jacket that ends no lower than your hips. This will length you, making the whole outfit look perfect and very flattering. Double Breasted or Single is great either way for the jacket.

Its all in the…. detail

So what adds that extra something to make your outfit perfect, yep attention to detail. From the perfect print, to the detail embroidery to the fit of the clothing, it all counts and can make or break your outfit. One of the best things about buying and wearing vintage is that you don’t just get high quailty materials, such as silk and hand beaded tops, at affordable prices you are also garaunteed to have a one off piece, Perfect! Heres a few of our fav pieces for that extra bit of jazz, jazz hands everyone =D
